The Yellow Blocks rebranding

In order to evolve along with the new trends in the sector, and offer a renewed image in line with current demands, we have opted for a brand change that will help give the project more visibility and benefit its community.

The old token, CBK, has been renamed to TYB, based on the docuseries’ name, in addition, the new logo represents one of the blocks from the blockchain, giving prominence to the yellow block.

TYB airdrop to CBK holders

The Yellow Blocks (TYB) token has been deployed on Ethereum and is being airdropped to CBK holders. In the near future, TYB will be bridged to Polygon Network (MATIC) to make use of its layer 2 technology and take advantage of low transaction fees and fast confirmation time, and in the Binance Smart Chain.

The airdrop will be executed in 2 phases:

• First: Users with at least 1.000 CBK in their wallet, regardless of the blockchain used (ETH, BSC, or MATIC), will receive the same amount of TYB as CBK held on the Ethereum blockchain.
• Second: Once the bridge process is completed and the TYB token is available on the Polygon network, users with less than 1.000 CBK will receive their TYB in Polygon. To compensate for the hurdle it might suppose BSC holders move funds to Polygon to be able to transfer/sell their TYB, an additional airdrop of MATIC will be provided, enough to cover the gas cost to sell.

Snapshot

• To avoid price manipulation, a snapshot of the token balances has been taken without prior notice. The exact time of the snapshot is 28/07/2022 at 13:00 UTC.
• CBK liquidity will be removed from the DEX prior to the notice of the snapshot and moved to TYB to avoid holders dumping their tokens and receiving double value at the expense of the rest of the holders.

The improved version of the token and the implementation of new utilities will benefit our community and holders who have supported us so much in recent years. This is the beginning of a new journey for The Yellow Blocks.
